November 27, 2007: UPCOMING CEREMONY!

The Greater Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce is proud to present Sierra Vista with a Karver Homes ribbon
cutting ceremony introducing Casas Grande at the Ranch. This subdivision is the first signature community brought
to you by Karver Homes in this area. This event begins at 5:30 p.m. and will be held at the subdivision site located
at Camino Soledad and Avenida El Rancho in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

The Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce is proud to welcome KARVER HOMES to the Sierra Vista area! Several
chamber members and members of the community were present for this event. Karver Homes is excited to bring this luxury
community to Sierra Vista. Currently, they have broken ground on 4 homes in this subdivision, with many more to come.

February 21, 2008: Once a month, the Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce showcases a local business. In February,
Karver Homes will host this gathering in one of their model homes in the Casas Grande at the Ranch subdivision in
Sierra Vista. We hope to see you there!

Directions to Business at Twilight in Sierra Vista: Go east on I-10 until you get to the Sierra Vista/Benson exit.
Make a right onto Highway 90. Follow that until you come to Sierra Vista. There is a stoplight before you come into
town -that will be the Highway 90 bypass. Make a left and follow that to the second light, which will be Coronado.
Make a left into Ranchos Carmela. Continue on that road until it comes to a tee. Make a left onto Via Solorro, and
follow it until you come to another tee. Make another left on Avenida El Rancho, and follow that into our track: Casas
Grande at the Ranch. The address is 4382 Camino Soledad.

February 21, 2008: Business at Twilight a Success!

Karver Homes was pleased to host the February Business at Twilight event for the Sierra Vista Chamber of
Commerce. There were approximately 65 of Sierra Vista's finest business men and women in attendance to
walk the completed Karver Home models in the Casas Grande at the Ranch subdivision. La Casita catered the
event bringing in delicious Mexican food for all to enjoy. Delicious gourmet brownies were provided by the
Brownie Connection from Gilbert, Arizona. Prizes were raffled, food was devoured, the homes looked fabulous,
and everyone had a great time!
